Does anyone have any experience getting UCE (unsolicited commercial email)
Content Filter, which is built into Exchange 2003, to work with Entourage?
Messages that are being flagged as spam are still moving to the junk e-mail
folder even after it has been added to the Exchange contact list using
Entourage.
The UCE Content Filter respects the Junk E-mail rules that you can set up in
Outlook 2003 or OWA 2003 (provided that JE filtering is turned on in the
first place). So if you add someone to the Safe Sender list, the Filter will
ignore the SCL threshold action and deliver the message to the Inbox.
Likewise, if you add someone to the Contacts, it should do the same.
It is working correctly on PCs using Outlook 2003.
I guess the issue here is, why is an address added to/removed from Contacts
with Entourage and OWA not being recognized as Safe/Bad.
