ugent - project server 2002 saving and publishing files

Hi everybody,

i have the following problem:

i have project server 2002 sp1.
OS: Windows Server 2000 SP4
and sql server 2000 sp

I can not save any project file and i also can not publish the file.
the project client is crashing and the project files are always
checked out.
BUT i can check in the project files with adminstrative rights, BUT
saving is also not possibe.

have you got any ideas about that problem???
