Ugly lines between emails in viewing pane

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop I have Outlook at work and you can turn these lines off but I cant find anywhere to turn these off in Entourage 2008. They weren't there in Entourage 2004. Is there anyway of turning these off to get a clean view? I've looked in preferences and customising only seems to extend to choice of columns. Andrea

Without more description of what you mean by "ugly lines" and exactly
where you're seeing them, I can only take a guess.

Go to View --> Arrange By and UNcheck Show in Groups.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for this, as you have said, my description is inadequate. Have tried to load sample screen shot but not sure how to attach. Tried to drag and drop or copy and paste but didnt work. As we can change the columns I will use the word rows, each email has its own row and there is a line between each row in the view (even with groups turned off). Its hard to describe as I find it really intrusive but others may not even see them.

Regards

Andrea
