UI: Public Folders Not Avail in Mail View?!?

Also, cannot seem to place a Public Folders into Mail
View Favorites.

Seems mighty UNHANDY UI to have to switch between Mail
View and Folder View just access select public folders.

It helps if you mention your Outlook version -- Outlook 2003 in this case.

You need to add the public folder to Public Folder\Favorites first.
