Ultimate Steal

I see many posts but nothing that answers a question directly.
1. Do you need to purchase the back up DVD/CD when you purchase Office
Ultimate Steal to reinstall it due to whatever reason, (hard drive failure,
pc dies, etc...)
or
Can you just simply burn a copy of the downloaded file and use that to
reinstall at a later date?

If you respond to this, can you please confirm if you have downloaded,
burned a copy, and reinstall from that copy. I don't see the need to have a
DVD shipped with what I just downloaded.

Read these newsgroups long enough and you'll see the need quite clearly.
You're getting a tremendous bargain and you have to consider whether a few
extra bucks is a good idea?
