UML signals (send and receive) with unchangeable name

Hello,

I have Visio 2003 Pro and I want to use UML signals. When placing the
signals on the sheet, there's no way to change the text of the
activity to something custom. Instead, there's always the label named
<no send action>. I want to change that. How?

Other than that: How do I remove one flow arrow from the element? The
don't seem to be removable... are they?
