Un- "Blocking unsafe attachments"?

I have been sent an exe file but it has been blocked by Outlook as
potentially unsafe. How do I turn this feature off? Also tried lowering my
security settings below medium, but it would not allow me.

Very frustrating- a reflection of the dumming down of society and its
inherent, self perpetuating paranoia!

Get the sender to zip the files then send them.
