Un-Install and Re-Install Office OSX 2004

I recently installed version of 2004 Office on a mac user workstation,
I loaded the wrong copy by mistake, I need to load the correct version
so the 2 users are not conflicting while on the same network. I've
deleted the entire folder from the application folder, yet when I
re-install the new version OSX retains the old SN.
Any suggestions.
