We are trying to un-install office xp prior to installing
office 03 and have run into a brick wall. Whenever we try
to uninstall (or refresh the installation) we receive the
message "installation terminated prematurely" and it is
not removed.
We have tried going throw add/remove programs; launching
setup.exe from the admin installation point; and using the
msiexec registry entry all to no avail.
We have Office xp professional installed on Windows XP on
a Dell GX 260.
