Un-read messages in calender folder?

One of my users is getting un-read messages count in the
calender folder? Has anyone seen this before. I tried to
create a new profile however it still shows up.

Something got dragged in there. Try switching to a table view like By
Category and see if the unread item shows up.

I have the same thing with my shared calendar. Most of the appointments
were set in my computer, which I share with my boss. Her calendar shows
1209 unread messages, from when I started the sharing recently. Not
important really, but annoying. Any way to mark them all as read?

right click on the calendar folder or shortcut on the outlook bar and choose
mark all as read.
