Each month I email a calendar that is a Word file to
friends. The file consists of a table, text and an
inserted picture. Out of 12 recipients, 11 can open the
Word file with no problem. One friend receives an error
message that the inserted picture cannot be viewed. The
table and text are viewable; the inserted picture file is
not. The picture file inserted into my Word document is a
jpeg file. We both are using Word 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1).
Is there a Word setting on the recipients Word that could
be the problem? Should we be looking at a problem with
Outlook?
Thanks guys. You have helped me many times in the past,
and I continue to be grateful for your knowledge.
