Unable to accept or reject time in PWA

We are using project server 2003 and one of the project managers has time to
accept in her updates. She tried to accept them and the time did not update
to the project plan and now the time in updates still indicates accept and
that cannot be changed and doesn't clear.

What can be done to fix this problem?

Hi Jennifer,

can you ask the team member to re-submit these task updates and see if the
PM can then accept the values again. I believe that could resolve your issue.

Marc,

This is going from bad to worse. The PM had the resource reenter the time
and when he updated it, it did not go to the PM to accept. The PM then added
a new task, assigned it to the resource and published it. He never received
the task. I added another new task to the project plan, assigned him to it
and published it. He never received it. I then deleted the task that I
added. We are getting two spooler errors (below):

Publish New and Changed Assignments - Database error (0x80040E14)
Assignment Deleted - Database error (0x80040E14)

There seems to be something wrong with your schedule. I have found an
