I am the sole admin user for our company account.
Today, when trying to log in to my MS company account, I encountered a request for an MS Authenticator App code. Although I had previously installed the app on my phone, it currently does not display any code for access. I typically rely on the text-to-mobile option for two-way authentication, but for some reason, this option is no longer available to me.
As the only admin user for our company, I am currently unable to access my email or manage any MS services crucial to our operations.
