Unable to access Admin functions in PWA - Error: Internet Server E

I have moved the project database from the old server to a new server with
different names. I have verified the settings using EditSite and I am able to
log into PWA. However when I try to access Admin to manage users, views etc,
I encounter this error:

A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? Line 1755
Error: Internet Server Error: Object/module not found.

Please advise! Thanks.
