Unable to access clipart Word 2000 freezes

I'm running XP with service pack 2, Word is part of MS Office 2000 SR-1
Premium, in the last little while when trying to insert clipart Word freezes
can only exit using Ctrl/Alt/Del, get error messages about sending info to
Microsoft, then only way to clear it is to reboot.
Can you help,
