I have access to one of my account recovery methods, which is my phone number. However, the next step requires the Microsoft Authenticator app, which I am unable to access. There are no alternative recovery methods offered. I've tried contacting Microsoft support without success, as I am unable to reach a live person. Additionally, I cannot submit a Microsoft Account Recovery form because it either requires logging into the account or suggests contacting the company administrator. I am the sole administrator of this company account.
Could someone please assist me? Is there another method to recover this account without using the Microsoft Authenticator?
