Unable to access Porfolio Ananlyzer

Dear Friends,
i'm using project Server 2003 in my company and i am an EPM administartor,
when i try to access PortPolio Analyzer i got the following message:

Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube.
neither in EI of project server nor client .
so could please advise me
