Unable to access Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube.

The current cube status display the cube was successfully
built...but when I've tried to create a new Portfolio
Analyzer VIEW, I got the error message:

"Unable to access the Microsoft Project Portfolio Analyzer
OLAP cube.
Possible Cause : The cube has not yet been built, or it is
currently being generated, or you do not have permission
to access the cube."

Chances are the user that you used to logon to Windows is not assigned
to the role in Analysis Server.

If you are logon using a domain user account, make sure this user
account is assigned to the role for Project Server OLAP cubes. If you
are just using Windows logon, then you need to crete the same user
account with the same user name and password on the server and assigned
to the role for Project Server OLAP cubes.
