Unable to access project server

After installing project server 0n Win2000, tried connecting to it from the
same box with http://servername/projectserver. Gives error "HTTP 500 -
Internal server error ". Looked in the Event Viewer. In Application log, it
throws up errors like : Soap error: One of the parameters supplied is
invalid.. , Soap error: Loading of the WSDL file failed. , and Soap error:
XML Parser failed at linenumber 0, lineposition 0, reason is: The download of
the specified resource has failed. All these have source of MSSOAP. In
addition has a warning: Component: ConnectSvc

In system log, it has a warning: The server failed to load application
'/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT/ProjectServer'. The error was 'Class not registered.
Source: W3SVC.

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. thanks

I got the same error... :S ...I´ve tried some changes in IIS permissions but
doesn´t work anyway...
