Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube

Microsoft Office Project Server 2003
Stand alone install with sql 2000

Some of my clients using i.e 7.0 and XP Pro are getting the common
error:

Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP
cube. The cube may not exist, or you may not have permissions to
access the cube.

Normally I can run the pscomplus utility and all is okay. but for a
few select machines it doesn't work.

I have had the users login on other machines and they do not receive
the error, therefore; I can deduce that it's a client side issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The fix was browser config:
The setting was "Miscellaneous settings àAccess data sources across
domainsàEnabled" '
