I tried to add Roxio cd creator. The soft ware came with
my computer which operates on windows xp. It won't
install the program and i get the error message the
window installer service could not be accessed. it went
on to say that a possibole reason was that I was running
the ocmputer in safe mode, or that the file was damaged.
I have installed other software without this error
message. What do I do to get this program installed?
