Unable to activate Outlook Express

A couple of weeks ago I bought a copy of Outlook 2003. It appeared to install
correctly but it has recently gone into reduced functionality mode - I have
never been prompted to activate the product, and when I click the Help |
Activate Product option nothing happens at all (no messages in eventvwr) - I
do not get the Activation wizard at all - help!

Thanks for the info - I had seen that page already but the solutions it says
on it always refers to the activation wizard - my problem is that I get
absolutely nothing when I click on the Activate Product item - according to
the page either I should get the wizard which will let me register or I
should get a message box informing me that I'm already registered - I get
neither and its no help if thats the situation - I dont even get to a list of
phone numbers to ring!
