Unable to activate product. Internet connection good. Use Mozilla.

Ahve Microsoft office on PC. Unable to activate via internet, have valid
hotmail address. Every time I select the activate product nothing happens.
BTW have Mozilla as my default browser. Don't use IE6. Wouldn't have thought
that would have been a reason. Am I cursed to try via the call centre......
