unable to add a background sound to web page

I open the Web Tools toolbar and click the Sound box but I get an error
message "This object was created in HTMLInlineSountCtl. This application is
not available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly
installed and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed."

I've ran the "detect & repair." What else can I do to get this feature to
work?

I'm using WORD 2003

That feature was "broken" by Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. See
