Unable to add appointment in Outlook 2007 Calendar

I'm unable to add appointments on my Outlook 2007 calendar. Here's the sync
error message to

Moved a message that failed synchronization to 'Local Failures'. Message
subject -> 'xxxxxxxxxxxx'. You can view this message in your offline folder
file only.
