Unable to add delegates

Sofie

Hi,

I'm using office 2003 and exchange 2003 (with all patches installed)
When i try to add someone as a delegate, I can select the person, change the
permissions but when i try to apply them I get the following message:
"The delegates settings were not saved correctly. Unable to activate
send-on-behalf-of list. You do not have sufficient permissions to perform
this operation on this object."
I'm not trying to enable the sent-on-behalf-of, i only want to give access
to my calendar and my contacts.

Can someone help me out?

Thanks,

Sofie

Sofie,

Take a look at the end of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913696. It sounds
like one of the patches is actually what is causing the error.

This one .... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913807 ... is even more
recent than the 913696 article. That being said, I've tried the work around
on the AD account - no help. I've also tried the patch on an OL2003 client
and I am still receiving this error/message. I've even gone to a system with
OL2007... same message.

Help!
