Unable to add references to Calendar control and outlook object

Dear all

Unable to add references to Calendar control and outlook object
for VBA projects in a particular system
VBE says "class not registered"

i tried loading updated version of mscal.ocx in the folder c:\windows\
system32\.
"Start | Run..." and enter "Regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\mscal.ocx" to
register the DLL

i tried all version of MSCAL.ocx

error message:
dllregisterserver in mscal.ocx failed return code was 0x80004

please help me
im facing this problem in my CEO's comp all other system in the office
works fine
