Unable to add to the Master Category List in Outlook

The Add button in the Outlook Master Category List is disabled. How can the
Add button be enabled so that the Master Category List can be expanded?

Simple question - Have you started typing in the window yet? The Add button
is greyed out until you start typing. Strange but true - and I hope this
"fixes" the problem for you.
