I have the auto rule setup under Project Properties-Maintain- and then the 'associate e-mail with the following subjects' rule enabled.
When I send an e-mail that starts out with the exact phrase in the aforementioned auto rule, the message does not show up under the specified Project. I did read somewhere that you still have to manually add an e-mail to a project for it to show up. But if that's the case, what is the purpose of the rule above if Entourage won't do it for you. I'm hoping this is end user error!
Thanks.
