Unable to bring in pictures from digital camera (olympus cammedia

I am trying to create a Photo Album in Powerpoint.

How can I have it read the pictures from my Olympus Cammedia C-3030 camera?
I get the error message: "Unable to connect to scanner or camera. Check the
connecton and reinstall driver if necessary.)

Have you checked as asked?
Your camera should be recognized as a new hard drive. Can you see it bext to
A:_ ; C:_ ; Etc.?
