Unable to build OLAP Cube

Sumit

Hi,

I've just restored EPM 2003 deployment. During restoration I gave some
password for MSProjectServerUser and MSProjectUser which obviously resulted
in login failure.

Later, using EditSite I gave new passwords and also changed in SQL. Now the
deployment is working fine but I am unable to build the cube from Web Access.

Earlier I was also unable to build the cube from Analysis Manager but I
stored UserId and Password in the connection string. Now I can build the cube
manually from Analysis Manager but not from Web Access. I assume this is due
to old password stored for this user somewhere.

Any clues?

Regards,
Sumit

You may want to use the PSCommPlus tool to ensure that Project has the correct
SQL accounts and passwords. I believe it is distributed on the Project Server
CD, if not you can download it from Microsoft.
