unable to change fonts

Have been using 2002 Microsoft Word for 12 months and for
some reason we can no longer change fonts or print size
when typing documents. Help!

If you're in Normal view, check to make sure you don't have "Draft font"
enabled on the View tab of Tools | Options. Alternatively, what printer do
you have selected as the default?
