Unable to change or create files

Hi, I'm running Office 2003 and when I opened the program
this am I was unable to make ANY changes in any of my
documents. I also cannot create a "new" file. That
option isn't even listed in the file drop down menu. Can
anyone help here? It seems like most buttons
are "greyed" out and I can get into documents but then do
nothing else.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Denis
Did you Activate Office? After 50 times you open office it is deactivatet. The same when you hav
an OEM copy and the Audit Mode is not turned off
