Unable to change Outlook Today Home Page

Using Outlook 2000 running on Win2K Pro. Outlook Today Home Page Options are
grayed out. I have follwed the recommendations in KB 270060 but had no
success. Is there another registry entry hiding somewhere that will allow me
to change Outlook Today URL.
