unable to click hyperlinks

When I click on hyperlinks in Outlook, it pops open a box that says "Locate
Link" and it looks like a save box. How can I fix this to let me launch the
link when I click on it?

Use that Locate Link box to find iexplore.exe. It's Internet Explorer --
you should find it under Program Files.

I have the same experience when I click on hyperlinks in Outlook. I tried
what you suggested - finding iexplore.exe under Program Files. Had no luck
with this. Any other suggestions?

If you use Internet Explorer as your web browser, open it and click
Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings

Thank you so much, Brian. Was so surprised at how easy it was to fix my
problem - a problem that I have been trying to solve for several days.
