Please send more information. What Operating System are you using (WIndows
98, 2000, XP SP1, XP SP2? What error message have you seen?
The first thing I tell users is to try and repair your Office product in
case it has become corrupted. In any Office product go to Help menu -> Detect
and Repair.
If that doesn't work, try searching the forums for people that have had
similar issues as yours, you'd be surprised that many of the issues people
post about have already been resolved previously.
Also, try downloading SP3 for Office 2000 manually from the Microsoft
