Unable to connect to Office 2007 Online Templates

Manoj

When I try to connect to Office 2007 Online template within Word/Excel or any
other, I am getting an error "Try Again" / "Not connected to Internet"

Office Help is working online without any issues, and I am connected to
Internet. I switched off Norton Firewall (disabled all), still the same
issue...!

I use Broadband Wireless connection and all other applications are working
perfect. Initially (I think two times) when tried to use Microsoft Online (in
templates) I got Norton Alert and Allowed it to connect. I can see the status
for this in Norton as Allowed, but still the issue.

Any idea?
