Please help

Error message recieved:

Unable to connect to the server
(Account: 'pop3.lineone.net', SMTP
Server: 'smtp.lineone.net', Error Number: 0x800ccc0e).

Have tried...

Turning off E-mail scanning in Mcafee and Zone Alarm.
Turning off Firewall protection.
Checked Telnet connections.
Checked account names and passwords.
Deleted and re-installed Outlook 2000.
Deleted and installed Outlook Express instead and then
went back to Outlook 2000 again.

I'm running XP.
