Unable to connect to Web Service from InfoPath 2003

I am getting "InfoPath cannot use the selected Web service method to submit
data because the method does not accept valid XML data" pop up box when I
tried to use Data Connection Wizard to connect to my Web service. My Web is
working fine within IE browser. I received above error when I use Receive
and Submit option. If I use receive data option, I am able to complete the
connection.

Any suggestion?
