Unable to Connect

I am having trouble connecting to the server in my
outlook - I recently transistioned from attbi.com to
comcast.net, and when sending/receiving mail, it is no
longer recognizing my username and password. The error
message states:

"Your username and password was rejected. Server
response - ERR box blocked. Error number 0x800ccc92."

I have checked the account with comcast, and the
information matches. How do I get access and/or change
the username and password?
