We've had to convert a few workstations to Windows XP Pro. When they
try to paste images into a Word 97 document and "Save As" in HTML
format, they receive "word unable to convert graphic" as an error
message. A blank document results. I've tried using "Paste Special"
to no avail. It DOES however work if someone logs in as
Administrator, which leads to me believe that it's just a permissions
issue with one of the Office or XP folders. I've seen this with a few
other Office errors on Windows XP. I've tried giving using Full
Control to the "Microsoft Office" and "Common Files" folders under
"Program Files" as well as C:\Windows\Temp.
Any ideas? Thanks.
