unable to convert .ws file - not enough mem...

Hello,

I'm trying to convert a WordStar (.ws) 7.0 file into Word XP (2002). I've
done a test file of approximately 5 pages and it works just fine.

However, when I try to open the full .ws file -- only 726KB in size -- I get
the following error msg: "There is not enough memory or disk space to convert
this document."

I have over a gig of RAM and over 200 gigs of free hd space.

Can someone help me overcome this conversion issue?
