Unable to copy picture along with text to a blank word document

When i use my laptop and visit a website I'm able to copy and paste text with
the picture on a blank word document. When I use my desktop I'm not able to.
Can someone help or explain why this is happening on my desk top and is there
a fix for this problem. Thanks

What's copied is dictated by the web page structure & the browser you're
using. Are you using the same browser on both systems?
