Unable to Copy pictures from the internet

When I try to copy an image from the internet it does not show up. The box
is there and sometimes you can hold control and then click and it will take
you to the website but there is no picture. When I double click to format
shape the picture tab is blanked out and I cannot click on it. I was
wondering if this is a setting or someting because I used to be able to do
this and now I can't.

I am copying by right clicking on the picture then clicking copy then paste
in word
