Unable to create an ADE database

I know there's a problem somewhere, granted. I have examined all the forms'
controls, run all the queries, looked at all the reports, macros too. Still
getting the message "Microsoft Access was unable to create an ADE database".

Is there an easier way to pinpoint or list all the errors other than
examining every control and line of code?
