Unable to create EXACT legal pleading template

California courts require exactly xx lines per page in couier 12 font etc
.... etc ... and I am unable to adjust the spacing between the lines
(leading) so that the format is exactly correct. Does anyone know how
to adjust the leading in MS Word? I am attempting to create a template
so I can do this repeatedly. HELP!

Format > Paragraph > Line spacing. You can set it to a multiple of lines or
to an exact leading value. You'll also need to disable widows and orphans.

And while you're at it, do your bit for civilization and write to the
legislature to complain about this anachronistic requirement.
