I work for a small(new) company that was sold off from
a larger corporation that uses Lotus Notes. We are installing
Outlook 2000 for the time being, however on some of the machines we are
encountering strange problems. The biggest problem, is that after the
install and we try to create a new
service by right-clicking on the Outlook Icon and selcting "properties",
nothing happens. No errors or anything, it just doesn't do anything. It
does the same thing when we select it from the Outlook menu. Even if you go
into the control panel and double-click the "mail" icon, it does nothing...
We have installed and re-installed several times, and like I said it only
happens on a few of the dozen or so laptops that we have.
Any insight would be helpfull.
