Unable to Create New Clipart Category

I've tried everything to insert a new category into Powerpoint 2004 Clipart
from OSX 10.3.5. I select the "New" button and type in any name other than
what's showing (in this case Small Business, Small Biz, etc.) and it shows
immediately in the window. However, when I select "OK" and go into the
regular clipart window, the name does NOT show. I've tried adding two
categories hoping one stays-I've tried logging out of Powerpoint and back
in, etc. and I still can't add. So where do I go next? Inquiring minds...

Hi Dominick,

I don't know what steps you took. These steps work for me.

Insert>Picture ClipArt to open the clip gallery
Select a clip
Click the Properties button
Click the Categories tab
Click the New Category button
Type a keyword into the form field
Click OK
Click OK
