Unable to create reports

On clicking the Create Report in Design View I get this message
"There was a problem retrieving printer information for this object.The
object may have been sent to a printer that is unavailable"

On clicking "Create report by using wizard" it guides me thru the whole
process of setting up the report but when i click on Finish I get this
message:
"The wizard is unable to create your report"

What is the problem?
