Stuck with an issue whereby one of my users aren't able to create a signature.
The option is greyed out.
I've attempted to manually create the files and store it in the correct location/folder as the correct file type.
Laptop has been restarted...switched off and on again
The product as a whole has been uninstalled and re-installed.
Any other options or approaches you guys can suggest?
